Transportation Damages & Replacement Parts
Our products are carefully packaged for safe transit, but if an item arrives damaged, please sign for it as damaged and contact us immediately. Accepted items found to be damaged will receive spare parts or replacements — simply contact Customer Services to arrange. Missing or damaged parts can also be ordered online and dispatched directly from our UK warehouse.
