Free Standard Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £59.00 to mainland UK addresses.

Orders below this value will incur a delivery charge, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Dispatch

Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be dispatched the same day, provided the item is in stock and payment has been successfully processed.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or outside business hours, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Please note that dispatch times are separate from delivery times.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days

• Express delivery: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Delivery Costs

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected delivery method.

Transportation Damage & Replacement Parts

All products are securely packaged for transit. If your order arrives damaged:

• Please sign for the delivery as “damaged” where possible

• Contact us immediately at Support@packhaus.co.uk

Where damage is confirmed, we will arrange for replacement parts or a replacement item in line with our policies.

Missing or damaged parts may also be dispatched directly from our UK warehouse where applicable.
